The broth is rich in flavor, with smoke from the charred veggies, and yet beautifully light and clear. The pickled veggie salad is also fantastic, and there are excellent NA drink options ranging from kombucha to cocktails. If I lived in town I’d be a regular. Bring friends and hang for the evening, the DJ sets and chill vibes with board games are all a bonus. ”
